Fitify is the ultimate workout app that lets you create your own customized workout plan with over 900 bodyweight and fit tools exercises.

As the demand for fitness apps surged in the Covid-19 lockdown, we partnered with AppAgent to help us grow. They scaled our UA spendings over 5x while meeting the predefined ROI goals. The communication was smooth and the collaboration almost felt like having our own UA team in house.

the brief

Successfully launch and manage Facebook ads, scale into various territories and explore iOS campaigns while maintaining a predicted return of ad spend. Potentially help with creative production or conception.

THE SOLUTION

AppAgent consulted Fitify on overall improvements to their Data Studio dashboards across all channels, introduced new campaign convention and resolved inaccuracies in the original prediction model.

We scaled UA thanks to a systematic framework that allowed us to manage campaigns in over 13 languages while growing the media spend effectively 5x.

Also designed a creative strategy framework and produced six new video ad concepts for the start. Within the first month we identified the top three winning creatives out of 20 tested ads.
