the brief

To perform an audit of the Facebook ad account and creative testing framework. Recommend specific improvements.

The SOLUTION

AppAgent identified several opportunities to reach better campaign performance. Here are some the high-level findings:

  1. User acquisition creatives and store listing need to be aligned in order to reach a healthy marketing funnel.
  2. Campaign taxonomy is critically important for further analysis. Tagging of creative elements also allows us to better understand what resonates with people.
  3. Any unnecessary geographical and language targeting creates a burden on the Facebook algorithm.
  4. Leverage vertical ad creative formats such as Stories. Custom creatives are needed but engagement is worth the extra effort.
